Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. Our Hourly Chauffeur is designed for corporate executives, business professionals, events, appointments, and personal requirements. Our service offers the flexibility of having a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle available for the duration of the booking, allowing you to travel between multiple destinations with ease and convenience. Minimum booking is 3 Hours.
Can I hire a chauffeur for a full day?
Yes. You can hire our chauffeur for a full day, with service available for up to 10 – 12 hours maximum. Ideal for corporate meetings, business appointments, events, roadshows, and multiple destinations within Klang Valley and Petaling Jaya. Advanced Booking is recommended. Any additional hours beyond the booked duration will be charged at the applicable overtime rate. Outstation bookings and additional expenses are subject to separate charges
Do you offer long-term chauffeur services?
Yes. We provide Weekly and Monthly long-term chauffeur services for corporate and individual clients. Arrangements can be customised based on your schedule and requirements, with overtime and outstation trips charged separately where applicable
What type of vehicles are available?
We currently provide Toyota Alphard and Vellfire for our chauffeur services. Both models are ideal for corporate executives, business travel, airport transfers, events, and long-distance journeys
Can I request a specific chauffeur?
Yes. You may request a specific chauffeur, subject to the chauffeur’s availability and schedule. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, but cannot guarantee the requested chauffeur for every booking
How do I make a booking?
Making a booking is simple. Contact Road Runner Freeway Services via WhatsApp or Phone and provide your travel date, pick-up location, destination, and service duration. We will confirm availability, provide a quotation( if required ), and finalise your booking upon confirmation
do you provide customised chauffeur arrangements?
Yes. We offer customised chauffeur arrangements tailored to your individual and corporate transportation needs. Please share your intended travel itinerary and number of passengers, and we will advise on suitable arrangements and provide a quotation for your review
